The leader of this project is Caroline Manville. In order to improve the monitoring of the project and its different tasks, a scientific committee was created. This committee defines the scientific orientation of the research agenda, follows and reports the evolution of all tasks.
The researchers involved in this project have already published in papers such as International Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, European Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Relations Industrielles/Industrial Relations.

Marie-Aude DUPONT (PhD, Polytechnique Nantes). Her research focuses on the development and maintenance of trust in the leader follower relationship. She is especially interested in the role of identity formation in the development process. She brings a highly specialized knowledge of the trust literature as it relates to individuals as well as a specialty in qualitative techniques.

Steven GROVER (Professor of Organizational Behavior, University of Otago, New Zealand) primary specialization is leader integrity using quantitative techniques. He therefore contributes to the present programme by excelling in the quantitative aspects of the studies (especially in experimental studies) and has a firm understanding of the leadership and trust literatures to which we are contributing. Member of the scientific committee.

Markus HASEL (PhD) contributes through his expertise in both trust and leadership. His previous research has included trust and leadership and subsequent effects on follower and organizational performance. His primary expertise lies within the domain of quantitative analysis and experimental designs.
Abdul Karim Khan (Assistant professor, Suleman Dawood School of Business, University of Lahore, Pakistan).His research focuses on organizational justice, counterproductive work behaviors and the role of discrete emotions. He therefore contributes to the project by studying trust violations and trust repair behaviors through the lens of organizational justice and counterproductive work behaviors.

Caroline MANVILLE (Assistant Professor, Graduate School of Management, University of Toulouse 1 Capitole). Her research focuses on organizational justice, commitment and work relationships using quantitative and qualitative techniques. She therefore contributes to the present programme thanks to her skills in the methodological aspects of the studies and to her understanding of work relationships and organizational behaviors. Member of the scientific committee.

Samina QURATULAIN (Assistant professor, Suleman Dawood School of Business, University of Lahore, Pakistan). Her research focuses on social exchange mechanisms, organization employee relationships, reciprocity norms and cross cultural effects on different organizational variables. She therefore contributes to the project by studying the trust repair behaviors in a different culture and contexts.

Carolina SERRANO-ARCHIMI (Assistant professor at IAE - Graduate School of Management, Aix-Marseilles University). Her research focuses on cynism and trust in organizations, especially on employees’ cynism as a response to supervisor lack of benevolence and integrity. She therefore contributes to the project thanks to her deep understanding of the trust literature and qualitative and quantitative techniques.
